This is a quick background on how our Cosplay Series came to be. Mark and I were getting ready to launch our first Kickstarter and noticed all the successful Comics all had sexy covers. Well....there is nothing Sexy about So-Called Living but what if there was? Mark and I are big fans of Cosplay at events, we don't cosplay ourselves but we have an appreciation for the art of Cosplay and how much work people put into their outfits. If you are new to the Cosplay world, feel free to check out some of Mark's social media accounts; he has posted hundreds of photos over the years from events like Fan Expo, celebrating the Cosplay culture. Our Cosplay Covers is our fun way of playing with What if they were sexy?

And Sexy is what Larry Tuason brought to the covers! What is cool about working with Larry is that he creates art via ink to paper first and then puts it to digital, his detail is incredible. Both covers were ink on paper before they went digital and man, are they beautiful. I could watch his ink videos all day. Mark and I were so excited when we received the originals in the mail.  I love the sexy, zombie-horror theme that Larry brought to book 3. There is nothing sexy about zombies or so-called living and yet Larry proved us wrong! It was inspired by the line from the book, "There's always a pool."  With Book 4, I loved the amount of detail that went into the chaos of this cover and I love the playful play off of Book 4's standard cover by Marco Leone. In Marco's cover, it was mostly men fighting in the cover but Larry's was inspired by what if all the girls broke out fighting? These covers are two different styles and yet they completely complement each other!
